RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Quipt Short report huge increaseActually many are leaving and the adverisement by the Premier is an understatement. He never even touched on property purchase tax issues. I bought 3 homes for about $800,000 and the land transfer fees totaled less than $500 for all 3 combined. The guy who bought my house had to pay about $33,000 to the BC Government for the priviledge of buying my house. That is disgusting and nobody complains about it - they just pay it or leave for greener pastures like me. Another thing is that seniors get free Blue Cross coverage and 70/30 co-pay on perscriptions and are not income tested. Eat your heart out Jagmeet Singh!
