17500 new patients across 3 states

Are they (clients) concentrated enough to make money after the intial sell/cross sell of equipment, or more travelling large kilometers and hours a day by staff to service one or two clients ? we shall see .---- Getting 17500 new clients within a city of 400000 would have been a lot different story.
