Buyer/buyee..................Personally - as a loooong time WIN holder - do not want to even entertain the idea of being bought out by a giant - or anyone else for that matter.
Even at a healthy premium, we would NEVER see the gains that we would by executing our extremely unique, and rich business model.
We have the GOODS, we have the BEST TALENT in the business to execute, thanks to Hatim, Michel, and their vision and patience in setting up OFDM and Wimax as a world wide standard - we have the TIMING and MOMENTUM to grow at warp speed. Did I mention - we have RIGHT on our side legally!
IMO, anyone hoping for a buyout, is not investing, but out for a quick double or triple.
If you want to make some REAL money - ride the wave of events that are starting to happen.
