Rug I think that Jim's downfall was fuelled by his narcissistic attempt to takeover Mosaid. He was outplayed and eventually embarrassed by his ambitions.

I got my proxy to vote and I am withholding my vote against the entire team of idiots. If there is a sell-off then I would be increasing my position. Even with the events of the past 6 months this indeed is a good play.
