RE:RE:Smart money is BUYING WiLAN!

RE:RE:Smart money is BUYING WiLAN!The statement 'Smart money is selling WiLAN' holds as much merit given the company's performance.

JS & Co. are carrying out their strategy in the meantime the stock is taking a nosedive.  OK the markets are correcting now and WiLAN is just following its lead.  The real test is when the bounce comes will WiLAN participate or continue to languish in the low 3's?  Without any near-term catalysts I suspect the downward pressure will be maintained by Mr. Accumulator to the detriment of shareholders.
If JS was smart He would launch an aggressive share buy-back campaign to throw a wrench in Mr Accumulator's plans.  They have $130 million sitting in the bank collecting dust, why not start purchasing 100,000 shares a day for a month and see what happens to the stock?  I would bet that would force any further accumulation to cease and desist because the accumulator would be forced to sell more than they are buying just to keep the SP down.  It's that simple and JS won't do it because He is in on it IMHO.
