RE:When is the next Apple Court Hearing

RE:When is the next Apple Court HearingJS stated that WiLAN is currently in litigations w/Apple over 8 patents.  He didn't give a timeline when the parties would be facing off in court over them, except for the  WiFi - CDMA case that they lost but appealed after winning a JMOL decision last March.  Apple has until December to respond to the appeal for which WiLAN will submit a rebuttal in January.  Then it sits with the appellate court judge(s) to mull over for a couple of months before the hearing so best case scenario would be March-April time frame on a decision in that case.  The good news is WiLAN won't be subjected to the whims of a jury of lay-persons this time around.

As far as the office move It's about time!  Go to the state where all the action is.  Maybe they will be looked as a legitimate contender residing in high-tech country.
