Share Price Holding Steady..

Share Price Holding Steady..You can tell that everyone is holding their breath waiting for word of the Apple 802 appeal decision.
I don't know why it's taken this long as the case is pretty straight forward IMO.  Apple's arguments simply don't stand up to scrutiny even from a lay-person's perspective.  Apple infringed..Period..End of Story.

So then one assumes the logical reason for the wait is due to the CAFC deciding on an appropriate course of action.  That is - Is Apple liable for willfull infringement and what amount of fees and/or fines are to be levied?  Maybe the CAFC is arbitrating a deal between both parties in order to prevent any future litigations like this one ending up court, which only serves to bog down the system and ends up being a tremendous waste of time, money and resources.  The CAFC can't at all be happy with the way the case has gone down.  They must be thinking shame on Apple for all of this ridiculousness.  I hope they sock it to them!
