RE:PTAB Decision Results Summary - 7 Decisions Published 15 OctRegarding 560, while it's true that only claim 28 survived this last round, there are others that were found to be NOT unpatentable in the 2020-09-16 decisions (and that were not at issue in the recent decisions). I'm pretty sure the following is correct.
NOT unpatentable in 1st round & not contested in 2nd round:
2-4, 14-19, 22-24, 52
(good / neutral)
NOT unpatentable in 1st round & unpatentable in 2nd round:
1, 20-21, 26-27, 29-35, 47-48
(good / bad)
Not contested in 1st round & unpatentable in 2nd round:
45-46, 49
(neutral / bad)
NOT unpatentable in 1st round & 2nd round:
28
(good / good)

In other words, the 560 claims that have been contested (by Google OR Microsoft) and are still alive:
2-4, 14-19, 22-24, 28, 52
Presumably, if Microsoft had thought they could kill any of these (not counting 28) they would have tried. And if they were of concern to Google then, presumably, they would have been of concern for Microsoft.
So perhaps we should not write the epitaph for 560 just yet.
We should also bear in mind that between now and September 2021 (scheduled trial) there is some chance that the law will change. If Alice were overturned then I would think these claim attacks go out the window. Or things could be improved for IP holders via legislation. I know some fear that Biden will take over where Obama left off but I doubt that. Democrats surely realize that the AIA went too far and, as I've noted before here, Democrats have been, traditionally, friends of the trial lawyers.
Some posters here know this stuff better than I. Responses more than welcome.
