PTAB Decision Results Summary - 7 Decisions Published 15 OctThere were a lot of claims covered in the 7 decisions and a lot of duplicatation between them, the following is my best try at sorting through that.
Patent 115 - claims 8-10, 29-47, 86-89 were found Not Unpatentable (for some legal reason they like to state the double negative). So that's good news
Patent 128 - all challenged/reviewed claims were declared Unpatentable (question is are there other claims to be asserted, I don't know. But it doesn't bode well)
Patent 560 - of the 17 claims challenged only one was deemed Not Unpatentable, that was claim 28 (which i have not read)
Are there claims here that can be put to a jury, I hope so. Do your own DD. GL
