To sell Patents for $ 350 million is ridiculous .
To sell Wi=lan for 350 million makes no sense to me based upon the following facts:
1. For the 9 months Sept 30 we showed licensing revenue of $67,192.
2. There would be no INTEL IN FUTURE IF WE SOLD PATENTS.
3. We have 20k patents with all kind of companies in US & Aisia on numerous issues such as semi-conductors et et al
4. We have 6 active & 62 Inactive cases 2 of which could be mega ---A Google, Microsoft, amazon cheduled for trial late 2021. Motorola could also be significant. of remaining 62 ,many awaiting PTAB decision.
In summary for 350 million we would sell our patents?, without patents we would not have licensing income, no court cases in future, no potential INTEL license.
SAle for 350 million is out of question for me.
