Chi, the market saw neither a win nor a loss.

A win is not factored into QTRH's stock price and that is why it is not moving. The first of 3 patent trials against Apple goes on 24-Oct-2021. Keep an eye on this. German courts are effecient and a ruling typically takes about a month. The second patent trial is in November and the third is in Q1. These are leverage points for a settlement...an outcome, which everyone agrees based on this morning's oral hearing, that the CAFC judges prefer.
