I don't see any analyst commenting.  They never did on the prior run ups on potential legal outcomes.  All they do is impute numbers into a spreadsheet to catch up to where the price action is.  

Technicals were not impaired today.  They remain intact.  The golden cross, the upward and positively sloping moving averages remain.  In fact, The CMF indicator has just turned positive (albeit slightly). 

Perhaps we are just valued as the 8X ITS earnings and cash.  And investors only value any WiLan cash when it enters the bank account.   

Cataysts aplenty remain intact.  The future remains incredibly bright.  We only had one fallen comrade with paper hands today (chi chi).
