It is unclear what this could be worth.

It is not a standard essential patent.  So the royalties would be significantly higher, but there is a great chance of non-infringement.

The summary judgment you reference was only related to Treehouse standing in the matter.  Valve tried to suggest that the patent owner couldn't assign the patent to WiLan.   The judge ruled that WiLan does own the patent and the case can continue.  Still a long road to clear all the other summary judgment items.

Until this goes to trial it is a 10% probability.  Not worth looking into things this early in the pipeline.  

The most important nearer term opportunities are on the wireless and semiconductor portfolios.  And the IPA cases as well.
