--- This is one common reaction by most shareholders that allows poor management and poor governance/ arrogance to persist or get worse. Do you leave Canada because you are not a Liberal etc? No, you work at what you want done/ changed, if you are a real citizen/ real owner.

-----Agreed re effectiveness, but you need to start somewhere. Speaking out is a first step, not the last.
The BoD needs an overhaul. If not for what may come up in the next 3 months, for the next 1 to 3 years. If that serious overhaul is not already in progress by the Governance Committee (including getting input from large shareholders), case closed.
