You do seem to conveniently forget that with the sale of Wilan AND the Apple settlement AND the financing they raised a bit ago that they will be making some pretty substantial additions to their ITS businesses - so they will not be left with "nothing" as you imply. However, I don't think I want to wait around any longer while they "build" their new business over the long term. May work out, but I'm not interested in spending several more years with this company.

Traded a bit, made a few bucks, then the sheet hit the fan and the sp. started puking. I sold about 3/4 of what I had at a loss but kept the rest in hopes an Apple payout. Had I known it would have been his long I would have sold it all. So I traded it several time and made back most of my losses, and if the sp pops on AAPLpayout I might even come out ahead. But oh the opportunity cost that has been lost. The ITS business transition plan is doomed to failure as far as as i am concerned. You only have to look at the situation with the current fleet of players in the space.
