Wilan strategic review - What the heck is board's vision ?!This morning's press release seems to be saying "The board of directors is confused and is not sure what direction it is going."
As if there has not been enough of shifting strategy, and frequent changes to the CEO and CFO.
What what else would explain the highlighted words :
"Strategic alternatives to be considered may include changes to the corporate structure of WiLAN, the acquisition or disposition of assets,...."
What? Acquisition? Are they kidding? QTRH and in WILAN in particular have delivered SO MUCH value for shareholders that QTRH should buy more patents for WILAN. This has to be an error, or a joke.

Sure, sure it is. The long term results and share price just scream that out. $550m of share capital raised per the balance sheet vs market capitalization of $240m. A difference (loss) of $310m in value.
