Ohio River Bridges is a joint venture with WSP-USA valued at an estimated USD $80M.  It was awarded in SEP-2021 and covers 10 years with two three-year extensions.  CAD value is CAD $109M

CTRMA covers six tolling installations (completion of one announced this AM) with a value of USD $73M.  This contract was announced in DEC-2021 and covers 6 years with two two year extensions.  CAD value is CAD $99M.

As a reminder, the backlog numbers reported by QTRH capture extension periods but do not include in backlog the value of any expected but unsigned change orders that management considers may apply to such contracts.
