OOPS! sorry wanttoknowwhy, I read over your post that each contract was ~$100M.

...but, this is where the real money is:

ETC's experience with change orders prior to the acquisition by QTRH indicated that such change orders, over the term of current contracts, represented ~7.5x the original award's value. At 7.5x, these two contracts have an estimated lifetime value of USD $1.12B. Full disclosure, I'm using 5x in my financial model.
