The action on Siri IP v. Google will likely now pick up. The campaign on connected devices (v. Dell, HP and Lenovo) is picking up, although early.

I'm of the opinion that QTRH will see the $38M still on the table over the next 2 years, with a first check expected in Q3. 

Now that the Microsoft action is in the books, Owlpoint can make decisions on distributions  (QTRH gets 10%) and repayment of the operating loan from QTRH,  etc. I'm pretty confident to say that the sake agreement has a priority order for application of funds. 

Maybe a press release next week.
