As far as I can tell, Wilan subs have 3 actions against Micron: Innovtive Memory Solutions filed 15-Dec-2014 (as you outlined above) SecureWave Storage Solutions case filed 10-Sep-2018 - at IPR North Star Innovations filed 03-May-2017 - at CAFC (I think this may be the case regarding ALJs that the SCOTUS has agreed to take up
