Wonder if Quarterhill will go after some of Blackberry's patents.

My guess would be that Blackberry has already tried to do what Wilan does--shopped the best of their patents to the super lawyers to see if they would be willing to move them forward on a contingency basis. And if Blackberry is now putting their patents up for sale then I would take that to mean that the super lawyers weren't interested. I suspect one could think in terms of two levels of
