The parties will file a stipulation of dismissal or a joint status report by October 20, 2022. With hesitation about jumping into the licensing revenue ring, recent comparables would be SK Hynix (E~$27M) and Nividia (E~$40M).

Remember Motorola?  We all got conned on that one. Here is what happened: 1. They signed something similar 2. It turned out to be a $5M or less figure 3. They issued convertible debentures after the stock popped. My lesson has been learned with Quarterhill.  This is a Q3 settlement which you will learn about in February of 2023. And they could have just settled for Pennie'
