Expects them to sell a division so they become a pure play in intelligent transportation systems only like e-toll lanes. Now have an $800 million backlog, because governments need more ways to collect money from drivers to pay for highways. Should fetch $1 per share once that division is sold, and that's when instutional investors will come in.

He indicates share of patent business could fetch $1 share.  There are 115M shares outstanding. Is he ballparking a sale of the Wilan division at around  $115M? Is that a reasonable expectation?  Not sure I've heard numbers thrown around lately. Thanks

MG87, $200-$250M was an often thrown about range pre Apple's license.  In that context $120M is in the ballpark.  The key take away for me is that he opined that an outcome is near.  He joins a chorus that recently have stated that point of view.   There are 3 balls in the air imo: Skippen and Gillberry retire as of early April at the AGM.  They, and the BoD ...more
