  there may be debt covenant on loans o/s which may prevent divident being declared.

I don't think so Astutein.  The Prospectus is on Sedar if you want to look it up.  I believe it was filed around the 20th on October 2021.  The debntures are unsecured although I recall there was a provision that QTRH could not secure additional financing, other than what was already in place, that ranked ahead of the debentuers without the debenture holders' approval.
