RE:RE:RE:REIT sector continoues to look brutal

Having a mental breakdown again.

Walmart has 120 billion quarterly revenue and 6 billion net income

Amazon has 68 billion quarterly revenue and 900 million net income.

Why? Because final mile delivery costs a fortune.

Amazon knows this and is going into brick and mortar at high end malls in the US. And no they arnt going to the most expensive real estate company's to get "warehouse" space. Thier are a thounsand class b,c,d malls they could do that at. They are specially looking for lot fo space in high end expensive retail properties.

Finally, what does Nike Under Armour MEC and Gap all have in common? They are established retailers who can't make money online and drive all profits through retail stores.

Snake, you make the point well, the cost to deliver a package to the 20th floor condo with no parking costs a fortune and retailers essentially sell without profit.
