RE:RE:2021

RE:RE:2021People will get used to it and live with it. It will be like the cold, floating around, it will slowly become less virulant like the spanish flu did... Eventually it might be gone, or linger, who knows... thats the future, all I know is people are not going to hibernate for much longer. Its getting to the point for some people they would rather take more risks of getting it... My step mom and father just got over it, and it wasnt that bad for them.. For people with underlying conditions it is worse but I have gone from someone who was originally quite paranoid about it back in March to someone who realizes that I would survive it and so would my family. If I get it then I get it, oh well... we will adapt and people will become more resistant to it... And people are sick and tired of working from home, we are becoming a bunch of zombies... Bored, nothing to do, no one to talk to... ya great life..

Commercial buildings will be fighting over the last type of tennants that will want commercial office space ,lowering rents drastically . Retail locations other than grocerys in the towers will continue to suffer . The move to the suburbs for downtown renters, owners of condos will accelerate as prices continue to drop in city cores and rise sharply outside the city . The work from ANYWHERE will accelerate .
