Frusterating as hell, but without using new money and only drop, I started at 23000 and now have 27700 shares... keep dripping.  16% spike in home prices in Toronto. Condo sales down, yet 6% increase in prices (lots of empty AirBNB are being liquidated), yet in a year from now, this will all be in the rear view mirror. In three years, i will have 130-140k shares bringing in 240k per year

I almost got 10,000 shares of Riocan.  More money is tied up in HR.un and i'm diversified in other reits.   Will definitely keep adding at these prices - I WANT 20,000 SHARES Of riocan too

lol you want add up like you have an unlimited supply of money. yea i wanna add 30000 shares to my portfolio. oh wait i have none.

congratz dude, I have 11000 shares myself and planning to add 100 shares a month with drip+margin. my dream is 100k shares under $20 and then retire. hopefuly in late 30s

With margin, investing your pay cheque and drip, can easily accumulat 100,000 shares
