Hey milliontrader, you're on your way to being the thousandtrader like I said when this dog was a dollar higher. Don't call the other guy an idiot.  I am short this rei, and will let it run until December tax loss season. It's doomed.

You sound kinda confused, the managment fee to BAM was greater than the cashflow of BPY. 70% pay out ratio ? Heh Your dementia is much worse than I thought. I'm actually starting to feel sorry for you. I used to think you are a trolling seeking attention. But I'm very sad to say, you are just borderline retard without realizing it. Go ahead and login with one of your alias and reply.

Rei was giving a double digit yield in 2009 too, where was the "smart" market letting it drop to 10% yield ? Hmm ? I've been calling you out for weeks on your made up numbers and asking you to provide numbers for your claims. You keep dodging the question. Once again. You claimed BPY has a 70% pay out ratio. Show me the numbers. I'm still waiting.
