Cant believe I blew my load at $15.00.  Sucks that all my REITS tanked today or else I would have sold and swapped for RIOCAN.

Not sure, but high end Condos are selling for about 1750sqft and based on the rental market, I think selling them as condos right now how be a huge cash generator.
