Ford need to do complete shutdown like in March
His actions have been half measured. Lock Toronto , peel and now vaughan..
He should follow UK. Complete shutdown of the province for a month and levy hefty fines for any busniess that do not adhere.
This is the only way we can control the infection rates and we can open in Feb with strict mesasurement and by time vaccine will arrive and we can open gradully in March.

A hard lockdown will just make it worse when things reopen. It changes the dates of infections/deaths. Vaccine wont save the day, only lower risk for elderly. People arent dying in droves, HERD IMMUNITY IS NEEDED

Australia is isolated, never got infected much to begin with. Much easier to contain. Europe is the example of why lockdowns dont work.
