Payout Ratio Improving

Nice Quarterly Report! Payout ratio dropped from 92% to 73% of ACFO. If this performance keeps up we should be seeing a distribution increase within the next year if Ricocan wants to keep their REIT status. Likely lots of volatility ahead, but this has definitely been a great pandemic buy. Wonderful capital appreciation with a solid income stream! Cheers!
