USA and Canada 80+% vaccinated yet cases spiking

how does that compare to places that's less than 1% vaccinated?  Like Africa?     Again, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Austraila....all basically Covid Free relatively if comparing to rest of the world. 

It's mind boggeling, almost 2 years and still we refuse to proactively TEST.   WE KNOW people can be infected without showing symptoms.  We know this.    Yet, for some reason we refuse to test.

It's insane.
