Canadian investors are poor.

All USA indexes are at 52 weeks high. Top tch companies have P/E around 40 which is ridiculously overvalued. Canadian reits are still atleast 5% lower than their 52 week high. What's worng with Canadian investors? Are they very poor? No money in Canada.
