The Well
At one time, this massive project seemed like something in
the distant future.
But here we are;
*** in one year the office and retail businesses will be open
We expect close to 100% leased as it opens
*** in two short years the apartments will be finished
We can expect virtually 100% of units to be rented
within a few months of buildings being finished
We can expect guidance at the AGM about what to expect
for cash flow etc.
Various bits are joint ventures but it will be a major asset
for Riocan.
good days are ahead.
