15 YEARS LATER

Riocan has no stock price appreciation.   Where S & P has 5x that.  Hasn't prime real estate they own gone up expotentially since 2005.  I don't get how the real value of the properties is not reflected in REITS, despite the headwinds of online shopping etc,
