TOXIC REITS

Resedential real estate has DOUBLED in past 10 years in GTA.....rents right now compared to a year ago are higher than ever....2.5-3.5k for a one bedroom in the city...RIOCAN with all these resdential development and more in pipeline, along with trophy assets on yonge street demanding record rents, and their unit price is 20% lower than 10 years ago. Something stinks in the REIT space BIG TIME.
