SERIOUS QUESTION
Does anyone have a theory as to why these canadian reits are getting spanked like no tomorrow in light of a BOC cutting cycle underway...I mean if your GIC is 4.75% and going to 4% aren't the yields here supposed to entice more buyers, not vice-versa
Is it the capital gains 66% frictional costs that reits need to absorb when they sell
