CANADIAN REITS ARE BEING SERVED UP

A massive bear feast. You would think with the BOC cutting cycle more private buyers are going to start entering  the market and providing good prices on asset sales.   Yet these trds are in free fall

Thank the dumb sellers and keep on buying.  5 year bond is trading at 3.3% which is almost equal to 6 rate cuts.
