RMP had 2 directors that were also Directors of TBE (Chairman and past CEO) which went into Receivership 5 months ago, one of whom (the one that resigned) is a partner at Burnet Duckworth which is Rmp ...more

Also worth noticing is that one director has resigned - too many for a company of this size. Not sure if it's important at this stage but Jon Grimwood is not given the title of CEO and he is not ...more

As for Q4 there was a 1 week Pembina outage that was initially scheduled for Q3 that was moved to Q4.
