RE:RE:Results are out Developing Gold Creek is expensive, needs higher oil prices plus a lot stronger hands, a company with deep pockets. Good to see RMP is doing minimal work to explore/maintain the land and to build just enough infrastructure to bring those few wells into production.
The focus should be on the lower cost Waskahigan where the company can do a bit better than just maintaining production. The test results of that well are unbelievable given the relatively low cost and no need for infrastructure. Too good to repeat again, but the next 3 wells even half or slightly better should be considered great.
With the Gold Creek on the back page, the company is under no pressure to do anything drastic. It is sustainable in the current price environment and lets hope there soon will be a buyer willing to pay us a nice premium for all our past troubles.
