It is outrageous. If you own the preferred share, make yourself a favor and VOTE against the 20 $ offer. The nominal value of that preferred is 25 $, not 20$. It is scandalous to see that Scotia ...more

the takeover makes even more sense when you consider that RON took a $47mil charge last quarter to buy out the franchises can't help but think the takeover willl be successful this time round ...more
