1) They could of needed to raise cash and the 43-101 was a liquidity even to do so.
2) They could be gambling on future equity raise in a couple months and are betting that ROG will not be higher by then. Sell shares now and buy later when it comes time for financing.
I doubt is was 2) as ROG had $13M of cash with $10M of WC on September 30th so they are good for at least a year I would imagine. Depends on how much drilling the want to do.
