RE:stock price

RE:stock priceThis context should be viewed as a perfect opportunity for the company to buyback shares at a bargain price yet they haven't bought any since June 27th.  What kind of confidence signal is this sending to the market ?  That the current stock price is deemed to high by the company to buy their own shares....

At least one insider is doing the job Roxgold is not doing, John Lewis Knowles bought 50 000 shares in the last week.  It's nice to know that there is 1 member of Roxgold's insiders thta thinks 0,94 is a good deal.

Great move whoever at Roxgold is responsible to make the buyback calls....So much for "the Company is implementing the NCIB as it believes that from time to time the market price of Roxgold's Common Shares ("Common Shares") does not reflect the underlying value of the Common Shares" statement they made in their Apr 30th NCIB announcement.
