RE:RE:1.1B valuation becomes 900m?

RE:RE:1.1B valuation becomes 900m?I have been thinking it would be logical for EDV to takeover RoxG for a long time.  EDV is all over that part of Africa, EDV has lots of cash these days, and is great at building new mines.  But EDV has a bunch of potential projects to build already.  RoxG mine and potential mine are cheap enough to operate to satisfy EDV's cheap mines only requirement.
But EDV has said no more buying at this time, and have said they will start a share buyback program, so might not want to add another 40 million shares to buy RoxG.  And EDV is very undervalued ,share price wise, at this time , so not a great time to be buying by issuing shares.
But it is also true that it looks to me that RoxG's stuff would really fit well with EDV.
B2 Gold is another that hasn't done anything in a long time, and is sitting on a mountain of cash.  And alot of their production is in the same area of Africa.  They might be looking for something to keep their construction workers busy.
