RE:RE:RE:RE:DSU and RSU

Thanks,

Just so I understand correctly,

A) Expiry of 2020s
So, they expire on February 22 2023 and then management get paid.

B) DSU
Are they getting paid on the differential between the share price at date of issue and the share price at expiry or they are getting paid 100% at share price at expiry ?

Honestly, whenever I see 5-6 pages in management circular to explain a compensation system, it typically means that some HR consultants are getting great bucks to justify a compensation system fuzzy enough so that management makes big bucks.

Never taught that I would invest in Sherritt as I remember the CEO, when Ambatovy was bought,  that needed special grass to be seeded at the company house in Cuba as well as special furniture etc...  Not surprised when they lost their shirt on Ambatovy and not surprised to see the huge compensation package that Pathe got even tough the company was coming out the drain.

Hovewer, Binedell seems like the real deal doing those great moves on debt repayment.  Of course, it helps with Nickel price.  However management does not seem intent on getting all the upside for themselves.   Adding more here and would back up the truck if they did something on the share count.
