What about value assessment as a component of property taxes?

Anyway, I highly doubt the book value would be $10 billion as suggested.

according to yahoo finance the book value is under $2/share.  If i understand it correctly, then the fort property isn't worth $10 billion which is what Mr. S&R suggested.

If that were the case, i would think someone would buy the company for $200 million and sell the assets for a hefty profit?

*It was his $10 billion exageration that inspired my question to the company.
