What about value assessment as a component of property taxes?
Anyway, I highly doubt the book value would be $10 billion as suggested.
according to yahoo finance the book value is under $2/share. If i understand it correctly, then the fort property isn't worth $10 billion which is what Mr. S&R suggested.
If that were the case, i would think someone would buy the company for $200 million and sell the assets for a hefty profit?
*It was his $10 billion exageration that inspired my question to the company.
Nope. Still confused. WT heck does value assessment have to do with property taxes. Whose? Mine? Get it? Mine? Me,myself,&I versus nickel mine? Whether it's an ESL troll or an AI bot, it's just so easy to cause a meltdown. Neither one understands a pun. "Value" seems to also baffle.
nobody suggested book value would be $10 billion. There's an understanding gap still, or, the FUD, is shifting to gaslighting. I can surmise, extrapolate, mathematically model, or just guess what the "value" of anything is. It's not the same "value" as "book value".
"According to yahoo" ..... that's funny.
try your book value analysis on NVidia. What's yahoo say there? BV is about $9 a share. About $22 Billion. Sounds big. But the stock went up by $200 Billion in ONE DAY this week. Huh? Why, it's almost as if "book value" is a meaningless, irrelevant, statistic. (Bots and ESL trolls struggle with sarcasm as well)
