RE:Direction of the board of directors - approval of issuer bid

RE:Direction of the board of directors - approval of issuer bidBuild it and it will come...is that it?

Nice that you believe in the Canadian Business Act and fiduciary responsibilities of companies.

The board lines their pockets as we've experienced by the previous Pathe regime at S.to.

Bad decisions are the excuses used to get around the Canadian Business Act and fiduciary responsibilities laws.  Easy to circumvent, they do it all the time with minimal impact.

It's all BS.

And as for your share buy-backs, you can confirm with CPA that there's absolutely no evidence that this will occur or is even planned. It's all been extremely presumptuous and speculative.

With the current and future debt loads of Sherritt looming along with the cost of the Moa expansion (which is to be internally funded), and the dropping Ni prices, I don't believe Sherritt will have the funds for any significant buy-back option.

It's not going to happen....
