S started its expansion project when the outlook for ni and co was much more favoruable, and prices were rising.   Co was about $25/lb and climbing.  Ni was north of $10/lb.

Where did you come up with a $10B value for the refinery?  The asset is almost 70 years old.  The total value of assets listed their year-end statements of 2022 was $1.8B.  

Seek the truth, but don't spread lies.
