Any Doubts now! 4 hrs ago KINGKING MINING CORPORATIONS’S STREAM GAUGING PROGRAM
The Environmental baseline data collection is a key requirement for major mining projects like that of Kingking Mining Corporation (KMC). Among the environmental programs implemented by KMC is stream gauging, which is a process used to measure the discharge or the volume of water through a channel per unit time of stream. The resultant information gathered, using Flo-Mate 2000, are studied by the environment department to determine the impact to the environment, which will then serve as a benchmark by management to adjust needed parameters in connection with its project. Management also uses the data gathered to determine the impact, if any, to its host communities. Data collection from the program are either comprehensive or targeted and are aligned with government environmental monitoring systems.
